eWater Management is a good training material that provides overview of technical response options to water scarcity and practical techniques on how to save irrigation water and increase water use efficiency and productivity; It focuses on what individual farmers can do at the field level and combines scientific information with practical suggestions for implementation.
People involved in agricultural extension or training with an education in agriculture or water management, who wish to introduce sound field water management practices to rice farmers benefit from the course.

In order for learners to gain competency in water management, this eWater learning module has been structured into four modules – Rice and Water, The plant soil water system, sound field water management and coping with water scarcity and alternate wetting and drying.
